Oxford speech
Naimat Zafary spoke about the importance of education, quoting both a Pashto saying ("Education is Light!") and Nelson Mandela. He shared his personal journey from being a refugee to becoming a Chevening scholar, emphasizing the need for commitment and perseverance. He highlighted the gender apartheid in Afghanistan, where girls are banned from schools, and stressed that education is the only source of light to rescue the country from darkness.
